Many times people tend to hang on to something that is already gone but really, the right thing to do is to just let go of it and do your best to move on with your life. When i think of holding on to something that is already gone i think about soomeone who died or a boyfriend or girlfriend that you used to be with and your still in love with but you nio surely that they have moved on already with someone else and you arent yet. Well, the bad thing about holding on to something that is gone can cause you problems. If you really thiink about it it is gone, and you holding on to it isnt it making it come back but all its doing is making you think about it more often and hurting you inside. Everybody goes through relationships and people die in thier lives but what you have to do is just learn how to stay strong and not let this effect your life in such a bad way. I understand how it feels to try to cling to something that is gone because i have been in a realtionship and we broke up but I still thought that we could be somethinig again. I just thought about it everyday and i was sad but then i just got overrit and moved on with my life and I just felt happier. People think that if they cling to sometyhing that is already goone that it will help them in someway and it could also be deinal that they are thinking and tryiong to believe that whatever it is isnt really gone so in thier mind they just say its still their or it could still work, shes not gone. On death it is really hard to let go because if the person who died was really close to you and known you for the longest ttime and all of a sudden he or she isnt in your life anymore. By letting it go and being happy with yourself you will be a much happier person. Basically what this quote is saying is dont try to hang on to somethingh thatt isnt there anymore and let go of whatevere is holdiing you back or something like that.

this quote relates to the public in the way that death always happens in this life and that people always feel guilty when a family member always dies because they maybe feel like that they did not show them enough effection. also that maybe family members stopped talking for some reason and when some they die they feel guilty because they would of wanted to say something.

Have you ever been in a relationship where it did not end up the way you wanted it to? i think everyone has been or knows some one that has been a realtionship were it did nit end up the way they wanted it too. i know from experience that i have said some words before that i shuold not have said but i did and it just made the situation worse. of course it sounds good in your head but then when it is out there it just is not good at all and we wish that we did not say that.

IF SOMETHING IS GONE PEOPLE SHOULD FACE THE FACT THAT IT IS NO LONGER THERE.LEAVING SOMETHING AND GOING ON TO SOMETHING BIGGER IS BETTER FOR ONE.

Well this is a very good qoute. i feel this is very true. If u just recreate something u lost its never going to be the same. your not going to be as happy with the recreation. and if u continue to hold on to something thats gone your just hurting yourself more than u already are.

i think that if you hang on to something that has been a misfortune for you, you should let it go because if you don't it haunts you and it stays with you until you either talk about it with someone or just forget about it. Although it might be hard to let go but if you don't everytime you do something that might remind you of that your going to keep remembering and you will feel bad about yourself. For example if you have done something that you might regret when you were small and you don't let it go it will screw you up later on because you will always have that in the back of your head, if you move on and let it go then you will not hold a grudge and you will not regret anything that you did. Many people do not understand that all the things that we do and that happen, they all happen for a reason. This reason is a test and a lesson that we get in life as we grow up, this will allow us to avoid that mistake when we are older and it will be harder to make better so in the meantime that we are young we can fix these mistakes so we can improve them and at the same time change our own futures. Some people believe that GOD puts us through these test and journeys but he does not put us through anything that we can not handle or overcome, this is what makes who we really are and most of the time it helps us find who we are when we do not know until something happens that is when you realize ourselves and what type of people we are.

This quote thing says "The worst thing you can try to do is cling to somethng taht is gone, or to recreate it" by Johnette Napolitano well thats a weird coincidance (cant spell) because i was thinking about my grandpa today at work and i was soo sad! he died February 3, 2006 just 10 days before my 18th birthday! it seems so selfish how i feel and think somedays! i just feel like its so unfair that he was taken from me before i could graduate! or get married or even turn 18! its just not fair! my brothers and sister got to have him at their graudations but not me!!! i just miss him so much it hurts! im using the song "can't cry hard enough" by The Williams Brothers as a memorial song for him at my wedding! if any one out there has lost a loved one this is an amazing song to listen to! to me its basically saying that "i never said the things i should have while you were here and now that your gone i cant cry hard enough for you to hear me now" those arent the words but thats what they mean to me! anyway thats enough for today! until another time!!! ~~~~~~

All you have to do is let go of the past. Living in the past is not good because all your going to do is keep worring about what happend and not about whats going to happen. So just let go and worry about what you need to do,
